Tropicana Field Track Day - Lotus Tampa Bay

Full Auto Motorsports managed a track day at Tropicana Field using the parking lot for a small road course. Larger than an autocross event it afforded drivers the chance to build their driving skills and learn about the limits of their cars. A catered event, Lotus of Tampa Bay sponsored 18 Loti in the 40 car field. Drivers ran in groups and were timed running the course with instructors available to take them to the next level. A controlled environment like this gave the novice drivers a safe way to experience the thrill of racing and challenge the experienced racers with a racy track, if only in a parking lot.
